Hello everybody, Hearts here with an art related update!
For some of you that may be wondering about my recent poll, it's at a time between two and for a while now, the tie has yet to be broken. So, for the time being since it may never be broken, I thought to make this journal solely for discussing art ideas. As well as sharing a bit of mystery and history on each Cup AU I had made over the years, if anyone is interested.
I may also drop riddles, rhymes, poems, fun facts, etc. So please, drop on in and leave comments so we may catch up and chat. If you dare to lend me your ears. ๐
I haven't made one in a long time and thought to do so again. This time it is about all of the Cup AUs I had made or experienced over the years. I will leave a link to the poll below for y'all to look through and take a pick, if you so choose at your leisure. Hope you all enjoy! ๐
I may or may not keep this story, but this was something I was working on for an AU of Sun and Moon. I was inspired by a game I played a while back and thought to write it down. I liked how it sounded when writing it, so I hope y'all do, too...
~Onto the prologue~
There came a night where the bridges between the kingdoms of light and dark connect. That was when the Sun King and the Moon Queen were to watch as a new batch of stars were being born before their eyes. Flying through space and towards their home in colorful streams of light. They use their magic to separate the two streams so their new children would be raised in their rightful place.
However, one newborn star bearing a yellow color flew off course and got mixed up with the stream of blue lights heading to the queen's domain. They along with a blue light were soon brought before them. The blue light evolved rather quickly, revealing a waning crescent moon. Then a young sun woke up right beside them, both resemble a different trait.
Since they came into contact with the other's magic, one bore cool blue eyes that moons would possess while the other fiery red as the sun. But their colors were switched. When the two rulers reached out to take them in a gentle embrace, the tiny moon snapped. And beared their sharp teeth with a hiss mimicking a baby kitten. Hugging the young sun in his small arms, afraid to let go. Looking quite angry.
Sensing an unbreakable bond between them, it was then the king and queen nod and allowed them to grow side by side and learn the ways of magic. Assigning them their power in the form of an hourglass filled with stardust. And it was then, their story would begin...
I call this AU, "Twins in Time." โณ
